Huawei is gearing up to launch the Huawei Nova 3 and Nova 3i in India on July 26, according to a product-listing page on Amazon India portal. As per the teaser that is on its official Twitter handle on Sunday, Huawei India said, “Get ready to fourfold your creativity in more ways than one. The new Nova is #Coming4You!” which means that the new smartphone comes with 4 cameras that are soon be seen in India. The smartphones will be exclusive to Amazon in India as the e-commerce player has created a dedicated web page for the launch.
The two smartphones would be the first Huawei smartphones to boost the company’s recently announced GPU Turbo technology, which the company claims will improve graphics performance by up to 60 per cent, and the processors by 30 per cent.
The GPU Turbo technology is a graphics processing acceleration technology co-developed by Huawei and Honor. The GPU Turbo technology re-architects how graphics are processed on the system level and boosts the performance without reducing the processor’s efficiency.
In order to allow users to experience the GPU Turbo technology enhancement, Huawei would pre-install graphic-intensive games such as PUBG and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, and provides 10 different vibrations for 30 different scenarios within these games including shots, explosions and quakes, amongst others.
The Amazon page doesn’t reveal any specification details about the smartphone, but it does drop a few hints towards some features. Where it released poster shows the dual-rear and dual-front camera configurations of Huawei Nova 3, with the hashtag #Coming4You, followed by the date of its launch.

Coming on to the specifications, The Nova 3 looks similar to the Huawei P20, but with a bigger screen and dual camera set-up on the front.
The handset features a 6.3-inch diagonal fullHD+ LCD screen in 19:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by Kirin 970 system-on-chip (SoC), paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It could also be running on Android 8.1 Oreo-based with EMUI 8.2 UI on top.
The phone sports a dual camera set-up on the rear and front as well. The rear cameras use a 16-megapixel RGB sensor and a 24MP monochrome lens, whereas the front cameras use a combination of 24MP and 2MP.
Powering the smartphone with 3,750 mAh battery under the hood. There is a fingerprint sensor located on the back of the handset, and the front camera offers Face Unlock capabilities.
