Huawei Mate 20 Lite Design and Specifications rumoured online,notched display and Kirin 710 processor on the cards

The second largest smartphone maker in the world, Huawei which is a rival competitor of Apple and moving closer to the Samsung which would overtake the South Korean giant in the upcoming year. To accomplish this, the company is introducing new smartphones in order to captivate new customers.

Huawei now introduced its new mate range phones which would be unveiled in later this year. And now the base model of the Mate 20 series has been rumored by the Roland Quandt from WinFuture.de, showcasing its design, and revealing key specifications.

Huawei Mate 20 Specifications

According to the rumor renders, the new Huawei Mate 20 Lite will have a design similar to the Mate RS Porsche device, that is released earlier this year at an event of Huawei P20.

The handset would have 4 cameras, two rear and two front, of which the rear will be 20MP + 2MP, while the front camera having 24MP + 2MP combination.

Coming to hardware, Leaks claims that the smartphone will arrive with a gigantic 6.3-inch screen with a notch (as seen in the images) to house sensors, front-facing cameras, and loudspeaker.

The new smartphone will have a 6.3-inch 1080p+ display with a 2340×1080 pixel resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio.It is powered by a Kirin 710 processor which is also found inside the Nova 3i. And in matters of storage, The device seems to come in only a variant of 64 GB internal storage and possibly with 4 GB of RAM. Finally, the Mate 20 lite will have a thickness of only 7.6 mm and a battery capacity of 3,650 mAh, weighing 172 grams.

Price and release date

The leaks indicate that the Huawei Mate 20 Lite could cost about $400 (₹28,000 approximately). Yet there is no word regarding its launch date. But it would likely to be introduced with rest of the Mate 20 devices this October.
