Huawei Enjoy 9s and Enjoy 9e Smartphones Unveiled

Putting a full stop on leaks and rumors, the smartphone giant Huawei has finally launched the Enjoy 9s & Enjoy 9e Smartphones in its homeland China. The company is also launching the new flagships Huawei P30 and P30 Pro smartphones tomorrow in Paris.

The company has mainly targeted Youth with the Huawei Enjoy 9s & Enjoy 9e Smartphones, and following the same, it bears a curved glossy finish body and polycarbonate body respectively with a waterdrop notched display at the front.

Huawei Enjoy 9s Specifications

As for specs, the Huawei Enjoy 9s sports a 6.21-inch display having a Full-HD+ resolution in a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 89% screen-to-body ratio. The tiny waterdrop notch on the display houses the front selfie camera.

Under the hood, it is powered by the 12nm Kirin 710 octa-core processor coupled with Mali-G51 GPU, coupled with 4 of RAM and up to 128 of Internal storage. To be more specific, it comes in two different storage configurations including the base model with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal, followed by a 4GB/128GB variant. Moving on, the handset runs EMUI 9.0 based on Android 9 Pie.

In the optics department, the Huawei Enjoy 9s gets a triple camera set up on the rear; consisting of a 24MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, and a 16MP ultra-wide-angle sensor along with 2MP depth sensor, followed by an LED flash. On the front, we have an 8MP camera. The device comes with a rear-facing fingerprint scanner and also supports face unlock.

Talking about the Huawei Enjoy 9s price, the base variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage is priced at CNY 1499 (approx Rs 15,400) and the 4GB/128GB variant is priced at CNY 1699 (approx Rs. 17,500).

Huawei Enjoy 9e Specifications

The Huawei Enjoy 9e sports a 6.09-inch display with an HD+ resolution of 1520 x 720 pixels. It further boasts an impressive screen-to-body ratio, thanks to the smaller water-drop notch.

Under the hood, it is powered by Huawei’s in-house 12nm MediaTek Helio P35 (MT6765) octa-core processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. It is available in only one variant of 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

For photography, the Huawei Enjoy 9e gets a single camera of a 13-megapixel bearing an aperture of f/1.8. Upfront, the phone carries a single 8-megapixel unit. This phone misses the fingerprint sensor but has the face unlock support. Moving on, the handset runs EMUI 9.0 based on Android 9 Pie. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi. Bluetooth, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and a MicroUSB 2.0 port.
