Honor Magic 2 Leaks Online, Confirms 95% Screen-to-Body Ratio & Graphene Battery

Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has recently started teasing its new phone rumored as Honor Magic. The Recent rumor of the Honor Magic claim that Huawei is planning to squash a new model with the monicker. Rendering to new teasers, the Honor Magic 2 has a 95 percent screen-to-body ratio display.

Furthermore, the Honor Magic 2 expected to feature a graphene battery. While smartphone giant Samsung had planned to release this technology for its user’s flagship device either in 2019 or 2020, it seems that Huawei’s sub brand Honor will be the first vendor to integrate on the upcoming Honor Magic 2 phone.

The Honor Magic 2 is expected to sport a 6.39-inch OLED screen with 2K resolution and on the back of the device, Honor Magic 2 could have 3 rear cameras like in the Huawei P20 Pro, making it the first Honor device to get this configuration: 24MP RGB sensors + 16MP monochrome sensor and an 8MP telephoto module.

According to the company, its own graphene battery technology storage capacity is only 45 percent of a lithium battery with the same capacity. While the graphene battery offers the rapid charging speed. For instance, a 3000mAh battery could charge in around 12 minutes. All the more imperatively, the life of a graphene battery is around double of a regular lithium-ion battery.

While earlier rumors suggested that Huawei Honor Magic 2 will run on more mature Magic Live system and be powered by high-end chip Kirin 970 processor. Interestingly the device is also said to come with an S Pen. Still, there is no confirmation regarding this from the company.

However, Huawei’s Honor Magic lineup is an idea that has been focused at the Chinese market. The Honor Magic 2 could launch towards the finish of this current year.
