Honor 9X Pro launched in India with Kirin 810 SoC

Huawei has launched the Honor 9X Pro smartphone in India, today. Finally, the smartphone made its debut to the Indian market after the global launch. Interestingly, the Honor 9X Pro has preinstalled with Huawei’s own AppGallery instead of Google Play Services and Play Store with HUAWEI Assistant coming soon for the device.

Honor 9X Pro Price in India, Availability

The Honor 9X Pro has landed in India in Midnight Black and Phantom Purple colors. It will be available for buyers on Flipkart starting today till 19 May and will go on sale on May 21st and 22nd. The single 6GB RAM + 256 GB storage model is priced at Rs. 17,999.

Some of the launch offers for the buyers of Honor 9X Pro are a discount of Rs 3,000 and no-cost EMI options for up to six months for customers participating in the early sale.

The Honor 9X Pro has a 6.59-inch screen that offers Full HD+ resolution, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, and 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution. The back panel has a triple-camera system. It has a 48-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel super-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, there is a 16-megapixel pop-up shooter.

The Kirin 810 SoC fuels the Honor 9X Pro with 6GB RAM and 256GB of storage. It has a MicroSD card slot for further expansion of storage up to 512GB and comes preinstalled with EMUI 9.1 based Android 9 Pie OS. The handset has a 4,000mAh battery that carries support for fast charging through USB-C.

Connectivity options include dual SIM card support, 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, microSD card slot, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It measures 163.1mm x 77.2mm x 8.8mm and weighs in at 206 grams.
