Honor 20s With Triple Rear Cameras, Hole-Punch Display Launched

Huawei’s spin-off Honor launched two new smartphones in its home country China, the Honor 20s and Honor Play 3. The Honor 20s joins the company’s Honor 20 series that was originally unveiled in June this year while the Honor Play 3 is a successor to the last year’s Honor Play smartphone. The highlighting features of the new Honor phones include triple rear cameras, hole-punch screens, and octa-core SoCs.

Honor 20s Specifications

As for specs, the Honor 20s sports a 6.26-inch display having a Full-HD+ 1080×2340 pixels resolution display. The punch-hole on the display houses the front selfie camera.

Under the hood, it is powered by the octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 810 SoC, coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. To be more specific, it comes in two different storage configurations including the base model with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal, followed by an 8GB RAM/128GB internal storage variant. Moving on, the handset runs EMUI based on Android 9 Pie operating system on the top.

In the optics department, the Honor 20s gets a triple camera setup on the rear; consisting of a 48-megapixel primary shooter with f/1.8 aperture, an 8-megapixel f/2.4 wide-angle camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.4 lens, followed by an LED flash. On the front, we have a 32-megapixel camera.

It packs a 3,750mAh battery and supports 20W fast charging. The device comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and also supports face unlock.

Honor 20s Price

Talking about the Honor 20s price, the base variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage is priced at CNY 1,899 (approx. Rs. 19,000) and 8GB RAM/128GB storage variant is priced at CNY 2,199 (approx. Rs. 22,000). Honor 20s will be available in Blue, White, and Black color options for the buyers.
