Google Pixel 4a 5G official renders and specifications leaked in a full glory

Google seemingly can’t put a stop to the flood of upcoming smartphone leaks. Ahead of the official launch of the Pixel 4a 5G and Pixel 5 smartphones at “Launch Night In” event on September 30, Google Pixel 4a 5G official renders and specifications have now made their way online.

The renders show the Google Pixel 4a 5G flaunting a dual rear cameras the back. One can also see the Google branding and a fingerprint scanner on the rear side. Over at the front, we see a hole-punch cutout on the upper left corner, similar to that on the Pixel 4a and Pixel 5 5G phones.

In terms of the display, the phone will supposedly feature a 6.2-inch full-HD+ OLED display with 1080 x 2340 pixels screen resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, 413 ppi pixel density, HDR support, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. In terms of performance, the device will feature the Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 765G processor.

As for optics, the handset is said to have a 12.2-megapixel Sony IMX355 primary sensor (f/1.7) at the back, sitting alongside a a 16-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.2 lens that has a 107-degree field of view. For selfies, there will be a 8-megapixel shooter with an f/2.0 lens. The 3,885mAh battery will complete with 18W fast charging.

The phone reportedly features 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB Type-C port.

As for the pricing, Pixel 4a 5G will be priced at €499 for the European markets and it will be launched in Black and White colour variants.
