Google’s third generation phones are ready for the official launch and they are going to unveil on the 9th October in New York. Now the MySmartPrice report suggests that the Google has set the launch date on October 22 for the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL smartphones in the Indian market.
Both the phones are expected to go on pre-orders after the formal launch on 9th October. At the event tomorrow, the company is expected to unveil Pixel 3, Pixel 3 XL phones along with the Pixel Stand wireless charger, Pixel Slate detachable device with Chrome OS, Google Home Hub and an updated Chromecast.
Last year, company had announced theGoogle Pixel 2andPixel 2 XLon October 4, and they made available in India on October 26.
However, the availability and pricing of the smartphones remains mystery.
Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL Specifications
As per the recent reports, the Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chip, 4 GB of RAM, and 64 GB of local storage. The processor is expected to be clocked at up to 2.8 GHz coupled with an Adreno 630 GPU. It’s also running the latest version of Android, which was recently revealed as Pie.
The Pixel 3 is rumored to sport a tall 6.7-inch display with 2960 x 1440-pixel resolution and a big notch on top. Pixel 3 XL is tipped to carry a single 12.2MP rear camera module similar to predecessor Pixel 2 XL but with a f/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilization. Talking about the front camera, reports indicated that the upcoming pixel devices will have two 8.1MP camera sensors.
The devices are expected to pack a 3,430mAh battery with a support for wireless charging.
