Coolpad Note 6 : Specifications, Price, Review

Coolpad Note 6 has been launched in India. The smartphone is available in two color options of Gold and Grey and has already started for sale which includes Delhi NCR, Haryana, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra.

Operating System and display

The dual-SIM (Nano) Coolpad Note 6 runs on the Android version 7.1 Nougat out of the box and has a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display.

Processor

The smartphone is powered and supported by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 SoC with a clock speed of 1.4GHz, which is coupled with Adreno 505 GPU and is paired with the RAM of 4GB.

Camera

The smartphone is strongly powered by a dual camera setup on the front department that includes an 8-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor, which is paired with a 120-degree, wide-angle lens for taking selfies and video calling. On the back, there is a 13-megapixel autofocus camera with a six-piece lens that has an f/2.2 aperture with portrait and panaroma mode.

Storage

Coolpad has provided with two variants of storage option with 32GB and 64GB which can be extended further via microSD card (up to 128GB).

In terms of connectivity, there is 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS/ A-GPS, and a Micro-USB port. Sensors on board include an accelerometer, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, and a front-facing fingerprint sensor.

Battery

The smartphone is fueled with a battery of 4070mAh which is a non removable one that is touted to deliver a standby time of 350 hours on a single charge. Besides, it weighs around 170 grams and measures are 153.7×76.4×8.62mm with respect to length x height x thickness.

Overall

The smartphone is good, the only thing that is missing is face unlock feature which is coming nowadays in most of the latest smartphones.
