Case Renders of Moto G7 Confirm Water-drop Notch, 3.5mm Headphone Jack

Motorola is planning to unveil its G7 series smartphones in February 2019 and the company is expected to launch this series phones at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019 in Brazil. Brazil is a big market for Motorola. Therefore, it is not surprising that the company wants Brazil to become the first market to receive the new Moto G7 series phones. Two months before the expected launch of the phones, its features have already started surfacing online.

As per the recent report by AndroidPure, the case renders of the upcoming Moto G7 confirms the design of the phone. It include the waterdrop notch, dual rear cameras and circular fingerprint reader embedded in the ‘M’ logo on the back. The device is also arriving with the 3.5mm headphone jack.

As we mentioned, the new report hinted that the smartphone will come with a waterdrop notch featuring the front camera along with the usual array of sensors like proximity and ambient light sensor. Coming to the Moto G7 Play and G7 Power, these phones will feature a traditional notch look.
The Moto G7 is expected to come in four variants: G7, G7 Plus, G7 Play, and G7 Power. The Moto G7 Power is a new one and is rumored to pack a massive 5,000 mAh battery.

Talking about other specifications, the new Moto G7 is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 SoC. The device will have two variants – 3GB RAM / 32GB Storage and 4GB RAM / 64GB Storage. The Moto G7 Plus, on the other hand, may fuled by Snapdragon 710 SoC, 4/ 6GB of RAM and 64GB of on board storage.

In terms of optics, the Moto G7 and G7 Plus are rumoured to launch with the dual camera setup on the back and other phones will come with a regular single camera setup.
