HMD Global already announced hosting a big event in Dubai on December 5. To be true there are no details regarding the smartphones that Nokia going to unveil in the event. Rumours suggest that HMD could be launching three Nokia phones. Two of the three phones could be the Nokia 8.1 and the Nokia 9 or Nokia 9 PureView.Coming to Nokia 9 we have seen numerous leaks about the smartphone cases and even custom-made covers before.
Now, the Nokia 9 custom cover that can accommodate the Penta-Lens Nokia 9 PureView camera has got listed on Amazon. Getting into design details of the case, The case appears in glossy black colour and shows five holes for the cameras. This clearly states that the upcoming smartphone comes with five cameras that will be the world’s first Penta camera phone. Reportedly, the case of the Nokia 9 has been created by case maker UniqueMe.
The case has enough holes to fit 5 cameras and an opening for the LED flash which will most likely fit in between the five cameras. Wait, Did you notice that the case misses hole for fingerprint scanners that means the device supposed to have an in-display reader, so that makes sense. The phone case shows that the upcoming Nokia 9 will have the power and volume key on the left side of the phone.
As per the previous rumours renders that the smartphone is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, with 8GB RAM and up to 128GB storage. The device runs on Android 9 Pie out of the box with a stock interface and packs a 4,150mAh battery, plus water and dust resistant capabilities.
The phone will come with a 5.9-inch display with a QHD+ resolution and an 18:9 aspect ratio, while the back panel is expected to be made of glass just like the Nokia 8 Sirocco. The phone could go official on December 4.
