Asus is set to launch the Zenfone Max Pro M2, the successor of the company’s Zenfone Max Pro M1, in India on December 11. Now, it looks like the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 will be Flipkart exclusive in India. The smartphone has been teased by the company’s official twitter and Facebook handle. A teaser page for the upcoming smartphone is now live on Flipkart, suggesting that the Zenfone Max Pro M2 could be launched as a Flipkart exclusive in the country, , thanks to the words ‘Only on Flipkart’ in the banner.
As per the teaser on the tweet, something “The unrivalled champion of mid-range is ready to begin its dominance with the most durable screen in the segment – Corning Gorilla Glass 6.”

The Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 is expected to be a major upgrade over the Zenfone Max Pro M1, a mid range smartphone with top-end specifications. Ahead of the launch, the device has already confirmed key details about the phone such as Gorilla Glass 6 and earlier this week it was confimed to pack 5,000 mAh battery. Company has also posted a teaser video of the upcoming Zenfone Max Pro M2 on Twitter which reveals the front design of the phone. As you can see, the device has a normal notch on top of the display. It seems like the notch houses the front-facing camera and LED, while the earpiece sits on top.
Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2: Rumoured Specifications and Features
The Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 has been leaked earlier and according to the report, the Zenfone Max Pro 2 is expected to feature a 6-inch FHD+ notched display. The device will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM and an internal storage option of 64GB and 128GB.
Earlier leaks hinted that the device will have a triple camera setup. But recently it is confirmed that the Zenfone Max Pro M2 will arrive with a dual camera setup in the back and the primary shooter of the rear camera is speculated to be of 13MP resolution.
