Asus is gearing up for the launch of Zenfone 8 series. The company already confirmed that the new series will launch on May 12. Today, the Zenfone 8/ ZenFone 8 Pro device spotted on the benchmarking site Geekbench. Moreover, it also shares a couple more possible specification details about the upcoming rumored phone. However, this is not the first time we are hearing of this device via leaks and rumors.
The ASUS ZenFone 8/ ZenFone 8 Pro spotted on Geekbench carries the model number as ASUS_I004D. If we go by the details on the Geekbench, we can see that the ASUS ZenFone 8/8 Pro will pack in Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. The smartphone could come with 8GB of RAM.

In terms of software, the phone runs on the Android 11 operating system. In the Geekbench results, the smartphone has managed to pull off 1124 and 3669 points in the single-core and multi-core test respectively. And that’s all the details spotted on the Geekbench listing.
If the other specs of the device is to be considered, it is said to feature a 6.67-inch (or larger) AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The device is expected to have a 64-megapixel main sensor on the rear alongside a telephoto lens and an ultra-wide-angle lens. However, as of now, we still don’t have any information regarding the specifications of the device. It would be interesting to see whether it would make its way to the Indian market down the road or not.
