Asus has added a new gaming laptop to its portfolio by launching the ROG Zephyrus M16 2022 model in India. To recall, the company recently unveiled ROG Strix Scar 15, 17, Strix G15, and G17 in India featuring Intel 12th-gen and AMD SoCs. Moreover, the Taiwanese brand released TUF F15, F17, TUF A15, and A17 in the country last month.
The new gaming laptop features the latest processor, more RAM and powerful hardware, delivering an improved gaming experience.

Asus Zephyrus M16 2022 price in India is set at Rs 1,79,990 for the base model. It will be available from April 8 on Asus e-shop, Amazon, Flipkart, and offline channels including Croma, Reliance, and Vijay Sales.

In terms of specifications, Zephyrus M16 2022 has been launched in two variants: 12th-Gen Intel Core i9-12900H and Core i7-12700H. There are three GPU options for the gaming laptop – Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080Ti, RTX 3070Ti, and RTX 3060. Additionally, all models feature a MUX switch that enables gamers to quickly switch between GPUs in order to maximize performance or battery life. Additionally, it has up to 32GB DDR5 RAM (upgradeable up to 48GB with 16GB onboard memory).
In terms of storage, ROG Zephyrus M16 2022 offers up to 1x M2 2280 PCIe 4.0 2TB SSD (included) as well as support for 2x M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 SSD slots. Additionally, gamers will have a variety of connectivity options, like Thunderbolt 4 (USB 4.0, DP 1.4, and PD 3.0), USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C with DisplayPort 1.4 and Power Delivery, 2x USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A, MicroSD card reader, Kensington Lock, Kensington Lock, RJ45 and 3.5mm audio jack.
Zephyrus M16 2022 features 16-inch WQXGA (2560 x 1600) IPS screen tech with a 16:10 aspect ratio, 165Hz refresh rate, DCI-P3 100% colour gamut, 500 nits brightness, and 3ms response time. Additional features include Adaptive sync, Pantone validation, and Dolby Vision. With a total of six speakers (2 x 2W dual-force woofer with Smart Amp Technology + 2 x 2W tweeter), it is powered by a 90Whr battery and weighs around 2kgs.
