Apple announced that the company had found some issues affecting some of its iPhone X and 13-inch MacBook Pro products. Moreover, the company confirmed that they would fix them free of charge.
The repair offers are the most recent in a string of item quality issues over the previous year even as Apple has raised costs for the majority of its laptops, tablets, and smartphones higher than ever. The company said that the displays on iPhone X, which came out in 2017(with a starting price of $999), may experience touch issues due to a component failure and as we mentioned earlier, Apple would replace those components without charging. Talking about the MacBook Pro computers of 13-inch, Company said an issue may result in data loss and failure of the storage drive. The company pledged to service those affected drives. However, only a few units of 13-inch MacBook Pro with 128GB and 256GB solid-state drives sold between June 2017 and June 2018 were affected, Apple stated on the official website.
A year ago, Apple started a battery replacement program after it yielded that a software update planned to help some iPhone models manage maturing batteries slowed down the performance of the devices. The battery imbroglio brought about a request from U.S. officials.
