Apple is gearing up to add a touch of colour to its iPhone XS and XS Max models. As per a new report from the website iGeneration, Apple will soon launch its current flagships iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max with new Red colour variant in the market, The report adds the launch of this new colour variant will be at end of this month.
This is not the first time for the company to come up with red variant it already sold Red iPhone 8 and iPhone 7 devices internationally. Now, these upcoming smartphone will include in the PRODUCT RED lineup. Notably, this piece of information was revealed by factory workers.
This piece of information is only confirmed by the Chinese website iGeneration from social media website Weibo. No other source has confirmed these plans so publications including 9to5Mac are taking this with a grain of salt.
Further, the report adds that already this red variant iPhone XS and XS Max are being rolled out in the market to give a boost to iPhone XS sales after a period of weak demand. The report also indicated that the company is likely to launch the new variants under the banner “China Red” rather than PRODUCT (RED) in the Chinese market.
Noticeably, the Apple iPhone XS and XS Max will feature the same specifications and features as of the standard Apple iPhone XS and Apple iPhone XS Max what differs them is the red back panel and (RED) logo.
The base variant of the Apple iPhone XS retails in India for Rs 99,900. The Smartphone is available in three colour options i.e. Space Gray, Silver, Gold & provides a host of connectivity options in terms of 3G, 4G, GPS, Wifi, NFC Bluetooth capabilities. The smartphone comes with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage.
Apple iPhone XS Max 56GB was launched in September 2018 & runs on iOS 12 launched with a price tag Rs. 116063 this mobile is available in three storage variants such as 64GB, 256GB, and 512GB inbuilt storage capacity.
