Tecno has announced its first premium smartphone under the Phantom series, Phantom X. Among its features are the 6.7-inch AMOLED display, the 50MP triple-camera with a dual selfie camera, Helio G95 chipset, and a 4700mAh battery.

The Tecno Phantom X comes in two colour options: Starry Night Blue and Monet’s Summer. Tecno has not announced its price yet.

The Tecno Phantom X comes with a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display (1080×2340 pixels) with a 19:9 aspect ratio and 90Hz refresh rate. The front camera is housed in a pill-shaped cutout on the device’s top-left corner. The front and back are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

It runs a customized version of Android called HIOS which is based on Android 11. The smartphone is equipped with an Octa-Core Helio G95 processor, 8GB RAM, and 256GB internal storage. It also comes with a vapor chamber cooling system which keeps it 3-5º cooler.

This smartphone features three rear cameras with a 50-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.85 lens, a 13-megapixel portrait lens, and an 8-megapixel with an ultra-wide-angle lens that has a 120-degree field of view (FoV). There is a quad-LED flash on the rear camera. There is a 48-megapixel and an 8-megapixel sensor on the front of the device with a dual-LED flash.

With the Spark 7 Pro, you get an in-display fingerprint sensor that is claimed to unlock the device in just four seconds. It has a 4700mAh battery with fast charging support of 33W. The device is said to charge up to 70% in 30 minutes.
