It seems Vivo is planning to launch a new iQOO Neo5 under the sub-brand. In the latest development, the device has been spotted with model number Vivo V2055A on Google Play Console, revealing its key specifications and design. The appearance on the Google Play Console listing hints that we aren’t far from the launch now.
Vivo V2055A Google Play Console listing suggests that the device will be fuelled by a Qualcomm SM8250-AC as SoC (Snapdragon 870 5G chipset), and Adreno 650. Further, it is coupled with 12GB of RAM. On the software side, the smartphone is confirmed to ship with Android 11 OS.
The Google Play Console listing also includes an image of Vivo V2055A, which reveals the smartphone features a center-aligned selfie camera. The volume rockers and power buttons are also on the right edge.
As per the Weibo leakster, iQOO will launch an iQOO Neo5 smartphone with Snapdragon 870 in mid-March. This phone is likely to succeed the iQOO Neo 3 that launched back in April last year. Furthermore, the iQOO Neo5 is tipped to have a plastic mid-frame and an AMOLED panel with a 2400×1080 pixels resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.
The tipster goes on to say that iQOO Neo5 will support 88W charging and it will pack 8GB RAM, 128/256GB storage. At present, there is no official information on the pricing, but the tipster stated that the smartphone will carry a starting price of 3298 Yuan (approx. Rs 37,121)
