AS we already know that Airtel launched this with a price of Rs.999 a few months ago. But now Airtel has reduced its service price to Rs.399 to move forward in this competition. Airtel official store has listed the initial 4G hotspot plan for Rs.399, while the Jio hotspot device cost Rs 1,999 on the official Jio website.
Airtel is offering 50GB high-speed internet for a month to its users in this Rs.399 plan, the speed will be reduced to 80Kbps after the exhaust of data limit. Before this offer, users were required to pay Rs 999 additionally for the Airtel 4G hotspot device.
Airtel 4G hotspot and Reliance Jio 4G hotspot specifications
If compared with the Jio 4G hotspot, Airtel 4G hotspot is slightly low in terms of device connectivity. Reliance Jio allows up to 32 devices to be connected with it while it is limited to only 10 devices for Airtel 4G hotspot. Airtel is providing high-speed 4G internet with the hotspot while the Jio is offering download speeds of 150Mbps and upload speed of 50Mbps.
