8 Reasons Why the OnePlus 6 is Better than the iPhone X
Multitasking
OnePlus 6 has 6 gigabytes of RAM in the base model, that’s double the amount of RAM in the iPhone X and for just Rs. 5000 more you can upgrade to the 8 gigabytes of RAM version. 8 gigabytes of RAM just means that the OnePlus 6 will be able to keep apps open in the background much longer than the iPhone X and it will be able to keep more apps open in the background. iPhone X has to reload several of the apps from scratch giving the OnePlus 6 the huge multitasking advantage.
Battery
The fact that the OnePlus 6 has a massive 3300 mAh battery. That’s compared to the iPhone X 2716 mAh battery the OnePlus 6 is good for about 8 hours up to 8 hours of screen on time where is you’ll be lucky to get about 6 hours of screen on time with the iPhone X.
Fast charging
The OnePlus 6 has fast charging feature named Dash Charge and it has a compatible charger included in the box with the phone. Charge gives a OnePlus 6 more than a 50% charge in 30 minutes and a full charge in about an hour and 20 minutes if you compare that with the charger that comes with the iPhone X it’s able to get about a 20% charge in 30 minutes and it takes more than 3 hours to fully charge the battery and when you take into consideration that the iPhone X has a much smaller battery and it still takes in more than 2 hours of extra time to charge the battery fully you can see where the OnePlus 6 and the Dash charge really had the advantage.
Large screen
OnePlus 6 has the larger screen with a 6.2-inch screen versus the iPhone tens 5.8-inch screen the only downside to that is that the OnePlus 6 is probably a two-handed device whereas the iPhone X can easily be handled with one hand. But if you need the larger screen the OnePlus 6 definitely has the advantage.
Camera
OnePlus 6 has a much better front-facing camera and a 16-megapixel camera while the iPhone X has 12-megapixel camera. The iPhone X has no stabilization on that front-facing camera whereas the OnePlus 6 does have a stabilization it just makes a world difference and you’re going to get much better video much better pictures out of the front-facing camera on the OnePlus 6. The iPhone X may have a better overall rear camera setup then the OnePlus 6. However, the OnePlus 6 blows it out of the water in terms of stabilization the OnePlus 6 has image stabilization for superior stabilization when recording video.
Dual Sim
The OnePlus 6 has a dual SIM card slot and the iPhone X only has a single SIM card slot. This is great in places where you can use multiple carriers who have different deals on data packages maybe you want to take advantage of a carrier specific voice plan and another carrier specific data plan you can combine those two with a dual SIM card slot. You cannot do the same with the iPhone X. You’re gonna have to go with one single carrier who offers maybe a terrible voice rate with a good data rate. You’re just not able to kind of mix and match on your carrier plans.
Fingerprint scanner
iPhone X has no fingerprint scanner. Whatsoever the OnePlus 6, on the other hand, has a rear placed fingerprint scanner right there in the center of the back where your index finger would rest naturally. It’s really the best possible place for a fingerprint scanner and while the iPhone X does have 3d face unlock I find that it does not work 100% of the time whereas the OnePlus 6 and its fingerprint scanner are going to be deadly fast and accurate 100% of the time.
Headphone Jack
OnePlus 6 has a 3.5-millimetre headphone jack. Bluetooth headphones do eventually run out of battery and sometimes they run out of battery at the worst possible times in those instances it’s always nice to have a pair of wired headphones for backup the OnePlus 6 makes perfect use of a wired pair of headphones whereas the iPhone X you’re gonna have to carry around a dongle dongles are easy to lose and it’s just a terrible experience using a pair of wired headphones on the iPhone X.
